Our service groups have completed projects in over 50 power plants including NOX revamps and new construction. We are currently providing heat treating services during the new construction of 6 new power plants.

Typical outage and maintenance services include:

• Cutting and/or beveling of heavy wall pipe.
• Retubing during feed water heater change out
• Preheat and Post Weld Heat Treat of header and tube welds during boiler repair on hot and cold reheat and superheat outlet header
• Retubing of main steam condenser
• Preheat and Post Weld Heat Treat during valve change out
• Hastalloy sheet "wall papering" in process ducting in electrostatic precipitators
