These specialized services can be categorized into various groups and are offered from one or all of our service locations that are strategically located to service areas of the United States with a high density of industrial plants.

	Mobile Heat Treating Rig, capable of post weld heat treating up to 18 12" welds simultaneously.   Location:   600 MW power plant, Colorado
Retubing of a heat exchanger tube bundle consisting of approximately 1000 3/4" 12 gauge 316 stainless steel tubes, 20' long with stainless steel tube sheet 2" thick. All tubes are in process of being seal welded (GTAW).
	Machining of a tube sheet gasket surface, on a 56" O.D. gasket surface on the tube sheet face.  On a 56" O.D. tube sheet, material is carbon steel. Using a 60" O.D. Mount Flange Facer. Location:  Chicago, IL
Repair of a leak on a 85 lbs coolant water line 20" diameter with 6" nozzle. Phoenix Services designed, engineered, fabricated, and installed a 20" x 6" saddle clamp with strong back.

Over the years, we have provided the services outlined above based on formats of either a lump sum price, fixed fee reimbursable, time and material or cost plus basis.
